Full rewrite in Astro. Visually the site should remain very similar.

Swedish site now contains previously missing content but in Finnish.

Added alt text to Images outside of the pictures page. Swedish site has Finnish alt texts.

Re organized pictures and removed some duplicates. More pictures are now visible on the pictures page. Pictures can now be added to the pictures page simply by adding them to the appropriate directory.

Meeting minutes can now be added simply by adding them to public/pdf/vuosikokousten-poytakirjat.

Language switch link now keeps current page.

Fixed some dead links. Many dead links still remain,

Added the lighthouse from the header as a favicon.

sass and tailwindcss are now used for CSS.

Deprecated html attributes were replaced with CSS.

The noticeboard was removed since there were no links to it.
